EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

No cash refund. Only Credit voucher will be provided.
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 20 Days of purchase for an exchange.
- Item bought on SALE CANNOT be exchanged.
- Item can be exchanged through the Dispatch process.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier on his own expense to our address.
- Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange after we receive the parcel.
